1/ STARTER KIT
The MOST important thing to do first is to fully read through the Starter Kit ! This has the high level overview of the brand and the hope of our communities as well as the details on best practice for posting, revenue ideas etc.
2/ BRAND KIT
Look over our Brand Kit - this is the high level overview to see the brand's visual concept as a whole to give inspiration, idea and understanding.
3/ MAIN PAGE LOGO
Let us know what you'd like for your main page logo, we will make it for you with your city name!
4/ FACEBOOK GROUP
Join our Facebook Group - this is the place for tip / idea sharing with all the gals
5/ CANVA ONBOARDING
Sign up for a free account on Canva and access our templates here! Make a copy of each one before editing. In the Facebook Group there is a video tutorial overview of Canva usage as well as a walk through of how to use certain ones specific for our business (more have been developed since this video was made)
6/ 3 POST BUMPER
Once you choose your logo color, you'll get another email with your logo and personalized 3 post bumper to post as the first 3 slides on your page (along with the captions). You'll use these when setting up your page.
7/ START YOUR ACCOUNT
Step 1: Create a gmail account to streamline logins and communication with future partners with the formula: momwhatsnext{area name}@gmail.com
Step 2: Create the instagram handle momwhatsnext{area name} and ensure it is a Business type account
Step 3: Input your information:
- Use the chosen logo
- Name format: mwn | {area name} | Family Friendly Adventures
- Bio format: A collaborative resource empowering families to spend time exploring together. Share your adventures via DM *house emoji* @momwhatsnext *wave emoji* @your personal IG handle (if you want)
